Noadiah Russell sermons, 1688-1690.

Sermons written by Noadiah Russell of Middletown, Connecticut. A native of New Haven, Connecticut, Russell studied at Harvard College and worked in Ipswich, Massachusetts, before taking the post of minister at the First Church of Middletown. The sermons were written in two volumes that were joined together in one binding many years later. Included with the manuscript is a printed copy (1934) of Russell's 1687 diary.
